The hotel is surrounded by trees and is close to the acquaduct. It takes about 30 minutes walk from the city center to the hotel. I stayed at the hotel a week in November, then two times in January - I always had a different room, but all of them were identically clean and nice. ||The staff are very nice people, always smiling, always welcoming and ready to help (I had trouble understanding how to keep the heating on but without fans, and the receptionist walked with me to the room and explained immediately) They could however improve their English a little...||The breakfast table is not very full, but there was enough pastries, bread and juices to satisfy the morning hunger. Oh, and when you ask for a cappuccino, you get a real cappuccino - no self-service machines with poor coffee.||The hotel room was very clean and neatly furnished. Nice mattress and sufficient number of hangers for clothes. ||The restaurant serves real food - prepared with attention the hotel guests deserve. Pernottamento in questo hotel per la durata di 1 mese circa (trasferta lavorativa)nonostante le mancanze ,quali sono : -condizionatori non funzionanti (staccati di proposito dai titolari per risparmiare) -frigoriferi non funzionanti (risposta ricevuta :perché l’acqua non viene pagata privandoci di refrigerare le bevande e in questo caso medicinali per uno dei collaboratori,con condizioni meteorologiche all’esterno di ben 38º) -acqua servita ai tavoli non imbottigliata ma riempita tramite distillatore nelle bottiglie in vetro. Abbiamo resistito per un mese per non creare problematiche aziendali,quando un bellissimo giorno (premettendo che seguendo una dieta il primo non l’ho mai considerato nonostante venisse comunque addebitato al mio titolare ) noto che la porzione nel mio piatto di petto di pollo e insalata è ridotta di molto rispetto al solito,chiedo garbatamente alla cameriera con gli occhiali se potessi usufruire di un altro secondo per tamponare il mio senso di fame (domandare è lecito) . Dopo che la cameriera entra ed esce per 4 volte dalla sala con aria impanicata trova scuse senza darmi una risposta,fin quando l’ultima volta mi dice “mo te la facciamo ma domani il titolare ti deve parlare “(lo stesso che era presente al momento del servizio) Il giorno dopo nel momento della colazione mentre ero seduto e parlando con l’altra titolare mi riferisce che lei non ha nulla a che vedere con l’area ristorazione,al che si presenta questo benedetto titolare si allaccia a ciò che mi stava riferendo la signora, urlandomi in faccia ,dicendo che era arrabbiato nero e che avrebbe preso Provvedimenti chiamando il mio ufficio ,inveiendo nei miei confronti (per una fetta di pollo )con dei modi sgarbatissimi ,invitandolo più volte a moderare toni e termini ma niente ,gli chiedo se si fosse alzato storto quella mattina e lui fa cenno a delle sue problematiche di salute non inerenti con il senso della sua polemica . Che dire dopo 1 mese siamo fuggiti a gambe levate di comune accordo con i miei collaboratori,non faccio tutta un erba un fascio e tengo conto della cordialità e professionalità di un paio di cameriere che hanno adempito il loro lavoro nel migliori dei modi .
