Sabores Bistrot — Restaurant in Olbia

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews about this place. This was the best meal we had as a family on our whole trip to Sardinia. The staff was very friendly and the staff had proficient English speakers able to answer our questions. I can't recall the names from the menu of what we ordered, but we ordered five different dishes and two desserts - all were incredible. My son and I had two different beef dishes, one of my daughters ordered the swordfish, my other daughter had spaghetti, and my wife had a salad. We finished with Tiramisu and a Sardinia Seada (kind of like a sopapilla with cheese inside). Wow! Both were amazing. This place is in the middle of a condo complex and hard to find (Google maps tried to make us turn down a pedestrian walkway). Stasera sono venuta al ristorante con ottime aspettative e ordino una pizza würstel che arriva senza essi ( quindi Margherita) , chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono che avevano finito i würstel e pensavano che andasse bene anche la margherita!, cosa gravissima. In oltre la pizza mi arriva non tagliata, io personalmente ho dovuto chiedere al cameriere di tagliarla, mentre i miei amici ridevano, giustamente perché è inaccettabile che mi arriva una pizza che nemmeno riesco a tagliare talmente tanto era dura, quella dei miei amici era tutta bruciata e strapiena di olio. Ho preso l’anguria e come se non bastasse è arrivata piena di semi. Ho dovuto pagare questa anguria 5€, inaccettabile perché mi hanno servito una misera fetta di anguria, (con 5 euro a un altro ristorante mi compravo tutta l’anguria). Very good and well cooked food. We were here already twice. Fresh mushrooms on Pizza (my other 8 Pizzas in Sardegna had always caned mashrooms). Pizza size is rather small but thats fine for me.
