Ristorante La Nuova Fattoria — Restaurant in Oricola

Next to the Tesla supercharger so we decided to have lunch while waiting for the car. We were expecting delicious food at a great price but unfortunately our expectations were not met. I took the starter and main dish menu for 25. First course was gnocchi which were tasty even though the portion was quite small. Second was the meat in wine souce and mashed potatoes. The meat was a bit tough to chew and the mashed potatoes were not very tasty. Maybe they were not fresh. My wife took a soup and pasta. Soup was ok but the pasta she didn't like at all, especially after finding a piece of plastic inside. The kids received a small plate of penne with butter which was not enough even for one kid. The most unpleasant surprise was the bill, since it turned out that the small plate of plain pasta was billed at 13eur. Similarly, my wife's soup cost 13eur which is ridiculous for a small roadside restaurant. So all in all, given that more than half of the dishes were not tasty we were disappointed to pay nearly 90eur for the food. Situato all'uscita dell'autostrada Carsoli e prenotato all'ultimo visto che ha una grande disponibilità di posti. Abbiamo preso 2 menù completi richiedendo un antipasto misto al posto di un primo. Antipasto che poteva essere integrato con qualche verdura visto che all'ingresso c era un ampia scelta... Primo pappardelle al ragù di capriolo, buona la pasta fatta in casa anche se nel ragù si sentiva troppo la sfumatura del vino. Ottimo l agnello con patate ed il brasato con il purè. Buon rapporto...

Accoglientissimo locale arredato molto bene, caldo e allegro. Offrono un'infinità di piatti che cambiano a seconda delle stagioni. Piatti molto abbondanti e ottimi i desserts. Pasta fatta in casa. Anche il vino di mescita è squisito e non dà mal di testa. Brace da fuoco.. a vista!! Cameriere gentilissime e super rapide. A volte mi è capitata selvaggina molto piena di nervi, che, però, alle mie rimostranze, non hanno conteggiato alla fine. Grande amore per bambini. Animali...
