Nessun Dorma Braceria - Pizzeria — Restaurant in Palombara Sabina

We visited this pizzeria as an English family with a child, and we're pleasantly surprised. The Al Fresco area is just a carpark, but it still feels nice enough to have a decent meal.

The food though was great, I especially recommended the pinsa pizza and the pistachio tarte.

Pizza molto buona, abbastanza sottile ma croccante. Aggiungo un parere personale, ho problemi digestivi con la pizza, quindi se poi la notte ho fastidi, la pizza non era sufficientemente lievitata. Con Nessun Dorma non ho mai avuto nessun problema la notte, quindi ne deduco che quanto scritto sia veritiero. Questa volta ho trovato il servizio non attento e lento, su 5 pizze 4 sono arrivate insieme, mentre la 5 è arrivata quando gli altri avevano consumato più della metà della loro.
