3 stars for me not because there was anything bad about it but I actually found this to be one of my most average dining experiences in the Parma/Piacenza region. The other issue is that it's really difficult to get a reservation/ it's super super crowded. Even though we were able to get in, it was hard getting the staff's attention and we actually missed one of our half-pastas that we had ordered. However, it was too much difficulty getting anyone's attention so we just decided not to mention it and grabbed the check instead. Staff were friendly, they were just so busy because the place is huge and constantly bustling.
I enjoyed the ham platter to start, and my pasta dish was great. Something with lots of ragu. However, I would say the filled pasta dishes like the ravioli were solid, but they were just very simple basic home-cooking kind of dishes. I think you can get this elsewhere without the crowds.
