In occasione di una visita al Castello del Grifeo, a Partanna, abbiamo fatto, con poco preavviso, una capatina al Nerocento, invogliati dalle numerose recensioni positive, e la nostra esperienza, in questo ristorante, è stata assolutamente soddisfacente. Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti da Roberto, un cameriere premurosissimo e umilissimo, in un locale pulito, molto ben organizzato, dal gusto minimalista e vintage. Nonostante la nostra infinita richiesta di informazioni riguardo al menù (ce ne scusiamo ;-)), Salvatore, il proprietario ha mostrato molta disponibilità e flessibilità. Le portate sono state abbondanti e molto ben presentate. Abbiamo trovato che i piatti, mai banali, fossero una sapiente rivisitazione di alcune ricette tradizionali. Due esempi tra tutti, la tartara di melanzane e la frittura mista di pesce che comprendeva anche polpo arrostito servito su panelline. Buoni anche i mezzi paccheri con orata e bottarga. Superlativo il soufflé al cioccolato sormontato da gelato al caffè. Speriamo di tornare presto, per provare i nuovi sapori che solo la cucina di carattere di Nerocento può creare....

I had my lunch there. Friendly environment, well prepared and educated chefs. Starters based on Italian salami and cheese, plus shellfish.
