This delicious restaurant became a favorite! We set up an impromptu dinner party and reserved dinner for 26 people just an hour before they opened on a Tuesday. They all spoke english very well, and the actual service was superb! Our server even came over to remind us that it might rain, and found out whose car had a window cracked open. We surely tipped her after a perfect dining experience! (She had other servers help throughout the night) Menu is in english. Most of us ordered the Chef's Steak which remained hot throughout grubbing. The caesar salad was very tasty and big enough to share with 2 or 3 others. Veggie burgers, Filet de Manzo, Asado steak and one pre cut steak were also ordered and devoured! I've heard the rack of ribs and chicken are very good. The Cream Brulee is not a deep dish, it is spread across that oval plate, so order away! We will certainly return until we've tried everything on the menu! Needless to say, highly recommended!

Flame 'n Co. Pasiano is a great restaurant. If you order any kind of steak, it will be cooked to absolute perfection. The vegetables amazing, staff was great to work with and the pricing is reasonable. The desserts were great and you will receive biggest plate of creme bulee you ever laid eyes on not to mention the various assertions of fruits gelato. I love Flam 'n Co. Pasiano.

We go to Flame’n Co every time we are in the city and it never disappoints. From burgers to tartars, everything we’ve tried so far is delicious! Moreover, now they have a super tasty veggie burger and exquisite desert with chocolate, wasabi and gelato that blew our mind 😍 Highly recommend!

Unpleasant experience. We went because we saw the advertisement at the Base. Apparently they do not like Americans, the waitress made a very offensive mockery after asking her for ice for Coca Cola, which cost me almost 4 euros a can. I also asked the waitress if the breadsticks had mozzarella, which she answered yes and when she brought it, it was only bread and ham. We ordered the grilled meat for 2 and it had hardly any salt and we did not dare to ask for salt and pepper, because they had already made fun of us and all of the above. We have been to many other places and they have never treated us as they treated us here. I repeat terrible treatment! At the exit we asked to speak with the manager and that the waitress please apologize, they replied that the manager was in the place but the waitress did come...

Partirò dal recensire prima il servizio poi il cibo, anticipando già che la cena è stata ampiamente gradita.

Innanzitutto vorrei menzionare una buona accoglienza. Al momento dell'ordinazione per un aperitivo d'entrata, Enrica nel momento in cui ci stava porgendo i calici, mi ha assegnato il mio chiamandomi per nome (testualmente "questo è il tuo Andrea"). Potrebbe sembrare un dettaglio banale o di poco conto, ma non conoscendola minimamente, indica da parte sua una grande cura e attenzione per il cliente che fa sentire a casa.

Si conferma la sua professionalità subito dopo nella spiegazione dei vari tagli di carne, dettagliata ma non eccessiva.

Parlando di cibo e bevande invece, in ordine cronologico gli spritz sono stati forse l'unica nota leggermente stonata, inquanto l'aperol era un po annacquato, mentre l'ugo ben fatto ma un pelo amaro rispetto al solito, forse troppa menta. Stupenda invece la birra affumicata di Sauris.

Come antipasto abbiamo optato in 4 persone, per una pizzella fritta accompagnata da salumi. Il fritto perfetto, morbido dentro fragrante fuori, neanche una traccia di unto o sapore d'olio, i salumi d'alta qualità. Posso dire lo stesso per le varie tartare di cui ho apprezzato molto gli abbinamenti.

Abbiamo poi approfittato dell'offerta della settimana per una costata finlandese, molto molto buona, forse andava lasciata un po più al sangue, ma effettivamente non avevamo espresso anticipatamente il nostro gusto sul grado di cottura.

I dolci un pelo più costosi della media ma giustificano il prezzo il loro impiattamento e vario accompagnamento. Davvero originale l'abbinamento del cioccolato al wasabi, sicuramente particolare ma per chi sa apprezzare i vari sapori è una chicca.

In conclusione per me tranquillamente un 4.5 su 5, sarebbe stato 5 pieno se anche gli spritz fossero stati ben fatti (piuttosto fateli meno abbondanti ma ben calibrati) e una lode aggiuntiva al servizio e...
