We had the pleasure of dining here twice already, and both evenings were absolutely exceptional. The quality of the food is simply outstanding — every single dish we tried was fabulous. The gnocchi with truffles was delicate and rich, the fish perfectly cooked, and the escargot simply divine. You can tell there’s real passion and precision in the kitchen.

Locale con una storia quasi infinita, dal 1875. Giardino con bellissima vista sul lago molto bene curato ed intimo. Interni molto ricercati che cercano di associare la storia con il moderno. Personale estremamente disponibile nel raccontare la storia del ristorante ed il menù, attento alle più diverse esigenze dei commensali. Cibo molto ben curato sia nell’estetica che nel gusto. Pietanze prettamente locali ben associate. L’unica piccola pecca per il nostro gusto personale consiste nel fatto che, quello che crediamo fosse il proprietario, ha rivolto parola ed attenzioni solo ai tavoli di persone a lui conosciute senza chiedere noi, clienti per la prima volta, come stesse procedendo la cena. Ovviamente questo comportamento ci ha messo un po’ a disagio e fatto sentire “estranei” nel locale. Ci teniamo a precisare che questo comportamento ci ha dato fastidio per il nostro modo di essere e di rapportarci con le persone. Inoltre questo comportamento, a nostro avviso, è stato brillantemente compensato da una cameriera estremamente attenta, educata e gentile che ci ha fatto vivere una cena ed una serata che non scorderemo sicuramente.
