Terrible customer service. Before the pandemic my husband and I were planning an international wedding here. They told us we could post pone our wedding for when we were ready because our guests were coming from out of the country. We paid them over thousands of euros and when we reached out later they denied us service and never gave our money back. They were extremely rude in the communication saying that it was our fault for not reaching out. Well, they hadn’t given us the moment to explain we hadn’t reach out because Ale the spouse almost died due to an extreme autoimmune disease and we were dealing with his recovery not sure if we would make it. These people are terrible for stealing our money and never offering a refund or anything when they never provided any service! We’ll be planning our wedding else wear and they are lucky we didn’t denounce them to the police. Thanks a lot Al Forte for making our lives harder in a moment life was already hard for us....

We got recommended this place from a friend and we’re pleasantly surprised as it was an amazing restaurant. The food was very nice and the wine selection was very big with some very good wines at a nice price. The scenery was amazing with a view over the hills and the old building, which was restored beautifully. We went to celebrate my mother in law’s birthday and they made a cake for her with text and fireworks. The waiters were nice and professional. We brought our two kids, aged 6 and 7 and they also enjoyed the large spaces to run and play, as well as the playground. The reason we are not rating this place with 5 stars, is that our red wine was served too hot (we asked for a cooler, which helped) and it also had a lot of sediment in the bottom and should have been run...

Scrivo come invitata ad un matrimonio Location bella ma poco valorizzata... ... Siamo arrivati un pochino in ritardo, nessuna accoglienza o indicazioni di dove e come si svolgeva il buffet. Dopo aver capito dove andare, abbiamo preso aperitivo e stuzzichini serviti in stanze diverse sulla terrazza quindi tenere i piattini e i drink e stata una pripezia anche perché se volete mettere i tacchi non è la Location ideale. Accomodati ai tavoli abbiamo avuto circa 10 minuti per mangiare perché appena un piatto si liberava i camerieri come avvoltoi portavano via i piatti e chiudevano gli ombrelloni... Ci mancava poco che mi toglievano la sedia.... Spediti immediatamente al piano inferiore per la cena... Nessuno ci ha indicato dove andare i tavoli segnati su un tabellone distante dalla sala dove dovevamo andare... La cena? altra esperienza negativa.. I piatti tutti buonissimi ma tutti tiepidi... Poi mi chiedo perché servire 3 maccheroni per poi passare con questa teglia enorme e chiedere se ne volevamo ancora, non sarebbe più logico servire una porzione un pochino più abbondante e lasciare che gli invitati riescano a gustare veramente il piatto magari caldo... Arriva il secondo ore 22.00. Con la gente già stufa con solo 3 portate.. E che fanno? spengono l'aria condizionata... Perché dobbiamo uscire per il sorbetto... Facciamo notare al cameriere che l'aria non funziona si avvicina al direttore di sala per comunicare la cosa e ridono... Va bhe... Comunque l'aria riparte.. Usciamo per il sorpetto limone e salvia ...servito a mano mentre si esce dalla sala in un minuscolo flout.. Abbastanza buono chiedo se ne posso avere un secondo... Mi rispondono che sono numerati... Non Ho parole... Arriva il momento del taglio della torta con fuochi d'artificio ,tutto molto bello e qui la catastrofe mentre assistiamo ad un piccolo spettacolo di un giocoliere con i fuochi e c'è il lancio del bouquet.... Decidono di tagliare la torta e di lasciare i piatti sui tavoli alla così come viene... Ma poi come si fa a tagliare una mille foglie alla frutta e cioccolato 10 minuti prima che gli invitati si siedano ai tavoli con 38 gradi... lascio a voi immaginare come si presentava il dolce.. Un pastrocchio sciolto per non dire altro... ...
