Ristorante Boccon' Divino — Restaurant in Pelago

Wir sind seit zwei Wochen in Italien unterwegs und so ein unfreundliches und ignorantes Personal noch nie erlebt. Die Bedienung haben wir beim Bestellen das einzige Mal bei uns gehabt, sonst wurden wir bewusst!!! ignoriert. Die Einheimischen wurden bedient und der Service war für diese dementsprechend, als Tourist bekommt man hier das Gefühl von 3.Klasse zu sein. Höhepunkt war, dass wir über 15 min auf die Bezahlung gewartet haben für eine Fischplatte für 3 Personen (75€), wo die Platte gleich groß war, wie bei einer Person gleich nebenbei. Dann bin ich zum Tresen gegangen, um dort zu zahlen und wurde wieder für 5 Minuten ignoriert. Ich bereue jeden einzelnen Cent hier, den hier ausgegeben habe.

We have been traveling in Italy for two weeks and have never experienced such an unfriendly and ignorant staff. The only time we had the waitress with us when we ordered, otherwise we became aware!!! ignored. The locals were served and the service was appropriate for them, as a tourist you get the feeling of being 3rd class here. The highlight was that we waited more than 15 minutes for payment for a fish platter for 3 people (75 €), where the platter was the same size as for one person, by the way. Then I went to the counter to pay and was ignored again for 5 minutes. I regret every single cent that I've spent here.

Viaggiamo in Italia da due settimane e non abbiamo mai visto uno staff così scortese e ignorante. L'unica volta che abbiamo avuto la cameriera con noi quando abbiamo ordinato, altrimenti ci siamo accorti!!! ignorato. La gente del posto era servita e il servizio era appropriato per loro, come turista hai la sensazione di essere di 3a classe qui. Il momento clou è stato che abbiamo aspettato più di 15 minuti per il pagamento di un piatto di pesce per 3 persone (75 €), dove il piatto aveva le stesse dimensioni di una persona, tra l'altro. We went there this evening ( a party of 7) and absolutely loved the food! The seafood spaghetti was amazing, the swordfish superb and also the sea bass. Also the desserts were so delicious we ordered more of the same, in particular the tiramisu and mieulfille...what made the evening even more memorable was when we asked the super cute girl ( the niece of the owners) for the dessert menu and she replied slowly " I am the dessert..........menu". Siamo stati in questo Ristorante per intuito, in quanto lo abbiamo scoperto online. Esatto, frugando in google alla ricerca di un Menù di pesce ci siamo imbattuti in alcune recensioni di gente che come noi hanno espresso opinioni ed inserito foto. Parlavano di "Carbonara di Pesce" servita in una forma di formaggio, questa cosa ci ha fatto esclamare WOW e così di un giovedì a caso siamo andati al Boccon Divino. Beh, di primo acchito all'entrata non gli daresti valore ma poi il locale si presenta molto pulito, curato e romantico, con anche possibilità estive di poterti consumare una cena all'aperto sotto le stelle e con un bel presunto panorama. Noi non abbiamo visto la Carbonara di Pesce servita in una forma di formaggio perchè la fanno solo il mercoledì ma il proprietario sapendo che eravamo andati li per questo ci ha fatto comunque preparare quel primo servito però in un piatto perché le forme le mettono in frigo a riposare, beh il risultato è stato comunque "Da leccarsi I baffi". Abbiamo poi preso, prima della Carbonara, degli antipasti misti di mare 7 portate caldo freddo, le cozze buonissime e così tutto il resto. Per finire una bella degustazione di dolci, 5 in tutto, con due sorbetti al limone "Sbalorditivo".
