Bar Caffe' Belvedere — Restaurant in Penne

Of the two coffee shops/bars in Penne’s main square, this is the less fancy one, but its staff members are very friendly and it is slightly cheaper & as a consequence quite popular with students in the morning. The coffee is just as good as across the square and often presented with particular flair, though the ubiquitous complimentary pastries always given with coffee in Abruzzo are good, but often not exceptional. However, in the evening one often is given an impressive array of complimentary nibbles with an order of drinks.
