Cristian Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Piacenza

I was actually really excited to eat here as I found the atmosphere very exotic + live music. The pizza (3 people- 3 pizzas) arrived super late and we waited more than half an hour for the order to come. When ordering even though we said that we want time to think and choose our order, the waitresses came every other minute and tried to stress us into ordering faster. Then when we finished our food and asked for the recepit, the waitress said ok. Then we waited another 10 minutes and asked for the receipt, the waitress got mad at us and said ‘i said okay?’ Then we got up after 15-20 minutes to check if we can pay at the entrance as we couldn’t receive the receipt. when the waitress saw us getting up, then she went to the cassa to get the receipts. She was super rude to us. She could’ve just say we needed to go to the cassa to pay but no, she made us wait 15 minutes until we tried to do it ourselves. They charged 7.50 euros for the biscotti on the table as well. At least the pizza...

Domenica scorsa siamo a Piacenza, sono le 18 e cerchiamo un posto che per aperitivo faccia lo gnocco fritto o la versione piacentina. Un ristorante non ancora aperto ci indirizza da Cristian dicendoci che sono la stessa gestione e li avrei potuto mangiarlo. Arriviamo li 5-10 min dopo e chiediamo conferme: ci dicono di poterci sedere che ce lo avrebbero potuto servire. Dal menu c'è scritto che la cucina opera dalle 18. Primo cameriere arriva e gli ordiniamo birra e calice di vino e aperitivo con gnocco e salumi. Arriva da bere e un piatto con solo salumi e due bruschette. Gli chiedo se arriverà anche lo gnocco e mi dice si. Arriva un altra cameriera con tortillias e salsa pomodoro (non richiesti) e gli chiedo se l'ordine dello gnocco è stato preso. Lei torna e mi dice che la cucina è chiusa ancora e sono le 18.35. Totale 20€ per una ichnusa non filtrata da mezzo litro alla spina(5€), un calice di GTraminer(7€) e qualche fetta di salame e coppa. Non sono un amante delle recensioni online tuttavia a volte è doveroso farle anche per ricordare che dopo la pandemia ci dovrebbe essere una maggiore attenzione al cliente da parte di ogni operatore del settore della ristorazione. Ce lo avessero detto subito che non preparavano lo gnocco fino alle 19, quando realmente apre la cucina, saremmo andati altrove o avremmo rinunciato all'idea...
