Tre Amis — Restaurant in Piasco

We were hungry and looking for somewhere to stop for lunch on a hot day en route to Turino. As soon as we walked into the restaurant and looked around I knew this was going to be an experience to remember. We arrived just at the end of the busy lunch hour -around 1pm. It was filled with locals. Although we couldn't speak much Italian, the host made sure we were well seated and looked after. Every dish that came out was superbly presented and cooked with much love and attention to detail. The flavours were absolutely divine. This is simple, honest local food with no pretensions. Simply fantastic quality and taste, served with local wine with the minimum of fuss. What more could one ask for? One of the best meals I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy in all my visits to Italy!!!...

Amazing food with super friendly staff. We found the place by accident driving through Saluzzo and were surprised by the quality of the dishes. Special mention for this little green pasta with ricotta on meat sauce, the roast veal and the Russian salad were also wonderful. Good selection of wine.Lots of...

Per un pranzo organizzato in occasione evento siamo stati con un bel gruppo numeroso ad un desco a dir poco favoloso. ATTENTION D'ANTAN del fantastico proprietario Seba e del suo gradevole staff di servizio (un encomio particolare alla pazienza di Luisella!). La cucina sopraffina utilizza elementi di prima qualità del territorio circostante e offre composizioni di stagione gradevoli alla vista e stupende al palato. Ogni singolo piatto è curato nelle materie prime e nella presentazione.Notevolissimo...quasi Sublime..e la cortesia che si respira rende l'esperienza di un pasto qui ancora più gradevole. Già la sola tavolozza dei formaggi garantirebbe un pasto feriale genuino ed appagante, con un buon bicchier di vino (carta molto varia) a colorare il tutto. Che dire ancora....torneremo sicuramente!
