We came here on the way to the Roman Villa and it was very full (There was a coach party) however the waitress managed to find us a table and brought the menu (she correctly deduced we were English!). We didn't want a huge lunch so ordered the veal with potatoes and the mixed meat platter. Our drinks arrived as well as some fantastic bread that is the speciality of the restaurant. Then the food arrived and it was absolutely delicious. Tender meat huge portions and lovely salad, bread and potatoes. This was a really nice place to eat and even though it could have been just for tourists it did not seem luke that. It was great that the waiting staff were proud of the food and wanted to talk about it. I would return again.

Worth TEN OUT OF TEN if they were there!! Found this hidden gem purely because we missed the first restaurant! So glad we did! We were offered a table in the outside terrace and were alone but for one table. A gentle cooling breeze kept us comfortable in the sticky heat. We worked our way through the menu with the waiter happily explaining all the dishes. We were gobsmacked at the incredible flavours of every dish, without fail. A friendly cat made his acquaintance and kept a discreet distance when we were eat We tried some old favourites and also some new ideas. They were all delicious. Most of the meat and veg were grown locally and were of a very high quality. I would be thrilled to return!

This restaurant was recommended ti us by the Lady that was our Personal Tour guide in Villa Romana del Casale. It's 200 meters away from the sight so it was very convenient. It was exactly what we were looking for: a friendly place, sicilian food, and a not too crowded place. The service was very good: friendly and efficient. The sicilian pasta and food was tasty and we enjoyed every bit if it.

A very delightful surprise on the way to Casa Romana del Casale. Locally grown greens(yes, you can see where they grow!) and meat from the local producers. No additives, just genuine flavours of the region. The restaurant is run by friends inspired by the love of the true regional cuisine. Season's produce decides what's om the daily menu. Welcoming staff, good service. Excellent coffee too! We had different choices and the hommade sausage was very tasty. Best pasta alla Norma ever and true flavours of the rich sun and land in the bruschetta and olive oil. Lovely place and warmly...
