We had families joining together and planned to spend a nice evening but unfortunately turned out very disappointing .. When booking we asked if the place was accessible for our 92 years old aunty in wheelchair and they assured us the car could reach the place, except 4 steps to reach the restaurant. It turns out that it is impossible to reach the restaurant by car and it is a nightmare to get a wheelchaired guest to the restaurant. Luckily there were 4 strong males among us who lifted her all the way up .. but would not recommend the place for anyone with limited mobility. Moreover, once we reached the place, the seatings at the table were missing and an additional table had to be brought in to accommodate us (still with different heights…). At last we had to wait 1,5hours for our appetizers to reach… ending up eating at 10pm while we had reached the restaurant at 8.15pm… Luckily the food was good and the wine list similarly. Service staff is kind but absolutely unprofessional and the place is very badly managed and set up. They took far too many guests for their service capacity. If it were possible to rate management it would be negative given how they managed the whole experience and the arguments they brought to our requests and complaints. After all our complaints and disappointments I would have at least expected a discount on the bill but all we got was a round of “amaro”, which you get...

Service: Top-notch. We arrived 15 minutes before opening (Google listed 18:30, but it actually opens at 19:00), and the staff kindly welcomed us in early. They stayed warm, attentive, and accommodating throughout the evening. A solid 6 out of 5.
Atmosphere: Another 6 out of 5. Perched on a mountaintop, the view at sunset is absolutely stunning — a true highlight of the experience.
Bottom line: Highly recommended for a family dinner, with one of the best price-to-quality ratios we’ve encountered.
Tip (if you’re not staying in Pollina): Google Maps can be misleading, and mobile signal is spotty. Just head toward the tower at the highest point of the mountain — the restaurant is right...
