We came here last year and this year again. The pool remained of the same excellent quality, we did not get the room we wanted and were housed in a room we didn’t like during the first night. We had to insist to change rooms, we did get another room that was more convenient, But the room we had reserved and obtained alreay in april was given to other people (nice people from Holland...) |The cappucino at breakfast is very good, and the lady serving them very friendly. As was the lady serving diner in the evening. Thank you. |The breakfast was a lower quality with the same cake for three days and only one type of cake... poor choice with every day the same cheese (only one varierty) not always very fresh bread and only one standard plain yohurt... industrial confitura. No more fresh fruit salad like last year and some rotten cherry in the fruit basket, over ripe kiwi and the same gigantic industrial apples, of course the same every day. a price rise of over 20% was matched with a serious drop in quality of the breakfast... a mistake...

Unfortunately right off the bat, the room that we had booked was not available so they gave us an apartment attached to the building. The apartment was roomy except for the bathroom. There was nowhere to put toiletries and the shower was so small that you had a tough time washing, plus nowhere to put your soap or shampoo except the floor.||The grounds were beautiful and clean. Good wifi. Lots of parking and a good location for visiting the area. Venice only about 45 minute drive away. ||Restaurant at night was very good. Elegant and terrific food although a bit on the more pricy side. Breakfast was very basic compared to all the other places we have stayed.||Staff were alright but not totally service oriented.
