Pessima esperienza dopo il cambio di gestione. Porzioni scarsissime, nessuna possibilità di pagamento elettronico, se si arriva con una banconota di grande taglio spesso non hanno nemmeno il resto. Personale scortese e poco attento alle richieste. Il pane non è più disponibile da giorni, la frutta è troppo acerba e manca spesso la scelta. Il caffè è nettamente peggiorato, insomma nessun aspetto migliorato. Inoltre, come se non fosse abbastanza, c'è una minor attenzione nei confronti dell'igiene, i tavoli infatti non vengono disinfettati tra le varie persone (come avveniva invece con la vecchia gestione).
