A Pancia Piena - Sieci — Restaurant in Pontassieve

This place is insane! We were here 3 years ago, and had such delicious sandwiches that we drove 30 minutes in our vacation this year to eat here again. We were afraid it would not be able to live up to our memories, but it did. And more. I don't know how they do it, but everything we ate here was out of this world delicious. Juicy, flavourful and fresh. And all prepared quickly out of a fairly small food truck. You will gain a bit of weight here, but you also gain a fantastic experience. Best sandwiches I have ever had. And I had a lot!

If ever I get close to Pontassieve again, I will surely make my way back to "a Pancia Piena".

Unbelievably delicious, especially for the price. Found this place by accident and I would come back to Tuscany all the way from the Netherlands just for this food. Fresh, handmade, and absolutely delicious— my partner had a daily special pasta with fresh salmon and lemon cream sauce, and I had a sandwich with seasoned seitan, grilled aubergine, spicy oil and bufala. Honestly better than any of the meals we had in Firenze. Aside from all of this, our server was very kind and patient with our nonexistent Italian, even at a very busy lunch hour :) thank you all, eating lunch here was a highlight...

I feel compelled to write a review of this place because I ended up going here on a whim, and happened to have the best sandwich I've had in Italy so far.
