I feel compelled to write a review of this place because I ended up going here on a whim, and happened to have the best sandwich I've had in Italy so far. The pollo n carrozza was absolutely delicious. It was so good I immediately got up and ordered another sandwich, the fecundo which was very good. If you are within driving/walking distance this place is IT!

Wow those burgers are just amazing. We stopped at this place by accident and were completely blown away. The meat quality is amazing and the burger was still pink inside. They really know what they are doing with the product. Order at the counter - enjoy your food - pay before you leave. They offer also a selection of open wines and craft beers.

Ci sono stato due volte per ora ed è già amore; la prima ho preso un panino col lampredotto(il migliore che ho mangiato fino ad ora) e uno più elaborato con la salsiccia..entrambi paradisiaci! La seconda ho preso il piatto di bollito(muscolo, lingua e zampetta rifatta) abbinato a un calice di Lambrusco, di qualità superiore! Un bel 5/5 se lo meritano tutto, personale simpatico gentile e veloce, piatti curati e a buon prezzo, ottimi vini; come location siamo nella zona industriale delle Sieci sulla Tosco Romagnola, dentro al parcheggio dove solitamente fanno il mercato settimanale, la struttura è un camioncino attrezzatissimo con tanto di tavoli, sedie e veranda spaziosa...attenzione però ai giorni lavorativi che nelle ore di pausa pranzo c'è moltissima gente, e qualche minuto di attesa ci vuole...comunque resta il fatto che tutte le volte che sono da quelle parti mi fermo a mangiare! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

This place is insane! We were here 3 years ago, and had such delicious sandwiches that we drove 30 minutes in our vacation this year to eat here again. We were afraid it would not be able to live up to our memories, but it did. And more. I don't know how they do it, but everything we ate here was out of this world delicious. Juicy, flavourful and fresh. And all prepared quickly out of a fairly small food truck. You will gain a bit of weight here, but you also gain a fantastic experience. Best sandwiches I have ever had. And I had a lot!

If ever I get close to Pontassieve again, I will surely make my way back to "a Pancia Piena".

*oh, I also wanted to mention that the prices are very low for what...

Unbelievably delicious, especially for the price. Found this place by accident and I would come back to Tuscany all the way from the Netherlands just for this food. Fresh, handmade, and absolutely delicious— my partner had a daily special pasta with fresh salmon and lemon cream sauce, and I had a sandwich with seasoned seitan, grilled aubergine, spicy oil and bufala. Honestly better than any of the meals we had in Firenze. Aside from all of this, our server was very kind and patient with our nonexistent Italian, even at a very busy lunch hour :) thank you all, eating lunch here was a highlight...
