Abysmal hospitality. We had barely entered the premises when the staff or owner freaked out because we were a group of 10 and supposedly would be unable to handle this many guests as they were understaffed. We understandingly said that we aren't in a rush and don't mind having to wait, but the "gentleman" responding made it apparent in an extremely rude manner that we weren't welcome. Unbelievable treatment, even if you are not willing to serve guests, at least have some decency to refuse service politely. Additionally it was a Saturday evening, you can expect a few more guests and plan accordingly. Weren't able to evaluate the quality of the food unfortunately. Deducing from the non-existent service and uncomfortable ambience I assume that the food is bad as well.
As a final comment: I was looking forward to pint of Guinness but alas it was not meant to be. We tried another bar, not too far away. The owner was also not delighted about the size of our group but he served us without an issue. Made up for the Guinness with a nice Ardbeg instead. I assume that the owner/staff at this place had some crisis to behave so obnoxiously, but its still no excuse in my eyes. Having worked in a pub myself for a few years, it didn't matter if I was alone or only with one other staff member when a group of 20 came in. They would be served, even if it was stressful. Shame for a place that otherwise seems to have...

The staff is small (very small), you will be waiting for quite sometime for your food depending on the time and day of arrival. The products are served fresh. Deserve a try.
