The entrance already gives you a feeling of fresh and clean. Stunning perfumes and very nice atmosphere where the guests and the place has been set up with elegant lounge style and with great care of the details. If you are looking for a meat dinner, well this is the right place. Aged and front view of aged meat gives the perfect combination of showing what you are going to eat vs great quality. Many varieties of meat from different parts of the world gives you the great feeling the food is great. We had an amazing hamburger where the taste of the meat was delicious and well selected before minced. Side dishes are wonderful and genuinly served. The welcome appetizer and the selection of Extra Virgin Olive oils for our bruschetta was a great try. I would suggest a better selection of EVOO having the monocultivar selection to walk you through the different dishes. Ottima braceria che abbiamo visitato in viaggio

Ambiente accogliente e selezione di carni molto buona. Purtroppo la sera in cui abbiamo cenato siamo giunti tardi e non erano disponibili costate di vacche locali. Abbiamo optato per una tagliata di frisona, buona ma non indimenticabile. Vale la pena avvisare per riservate tagli di carne locale con osso tipo costata o fiorentina, a meno che non amiate tagli come Tomahawk. Quando siamo stati lì c'era disponibilità di Tomahawk di carni locali, ma è un taglio che non preferisco, perché non capisco il senso di far pagare un osso "vuoto". Possibile anche provare carni internazionali come Rubia Gallega e Wagyu.

Grande attenzione ai prodotti del territorio, come due tipi di olio extravergine di oliva.

Eccellente il servizio e l'accoglienza, personale appassionato e disponibile.

Antipasto di benvenuto e biscotti di fine pasto memorabili.

An excellent grill restaurant we visited on our trip.

Welcoming atmosphere and a very good selection of meats. Unfortunately, the night we dined, we arrived late, and there were no local beef on-thr-bone steak or T-bone available. We opted for a sliced Frisona steak, which was good but not memorable. It's worth noting for the rare cuts of local meat on the bone, such as ribeye or Florentine steak, unless you prefer cuts like tomahawk. When we were there, there was local tomahawk available, but I don't like it because I don't understand the point of charging for an "empty" bone. You can also try international meats like Rubia Gallega and Wagyu.

Grazie a Google trovato questo locale, elegante e arredato con gusto, x far cena durante una tappa di viaggio: eccezionale l'accoglienza dei titolari Antonio e Angelo che ci sanno davvero fare con i clienti, fin dall'ingresso ti coccolano con finger food deliziosi (bruschette con prodotti a km0, frittatine di uova bio, pane e grissini fatti in casa, oli locali buonissimi) in attesa che arrivino le portate principali. Carne dell'hamburger di fassona succulenta e gustosa, cotta rigorosamente alla griglia, con sapienti consigli di Antonio riguardo tagli e cotture. Carbonara tra le più buone mai assaggiate. Dolci sublimi. Dolcetti locali offerti col caffè. Gentilezza e simpatia, cura e attenzione e prezzi onestissimi. Tutto FANTASTICO.
