We had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Pizzeria Da Claudio on a Saturday evening, and it was a truly wonderful experience! This charming family-run restaurant is a hidden gem. Claudio, the father and talented chef, is the heart and soul of the place, and his son provided top-notch service, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we could tell that every detail was carefully considered to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. We had no trouble finding easy and free parking, which was a pleasant surprise.

As for the food – it was absolutely perfect. Each dish was cooked to perfection and served with a smile. We couldn't have asked for a better meal. And if you visit, do not miss the pistachio cheesecake – it’s a must-try, absolutely divine!

Incredible family restaurant with fantastic service, great English, & wonderful food.

The pizza is made with a thin, crispy crust - it was exactly what we were looking for. My wife ordered a Prosciutto & Arugula pizza, my Dad ordered the Sausage & Asparagus pizza & I ordered the Diavolo Pizza with pomodoro (red sauce) & sausage added. Their italian sausage is the best italian sausage I have ever had. The flavor is absolutely incredible.

Francesco waited on our table - he provided us with excellent service. He's very friendly, speaks great English & he shared a little bit about the restaurant with us. His parents are the cooks & he and his sister run the rest of the restaurant!

Sabato mattina assieme alla mia compagna e la bimba decidiamo di andare a fare una gita fuori porta a Orvieto. Una volta arrivati li visitiamo i monumenti e non solo di questa splendida città e ci mettiamo a cercare un locale dove poter cenare. Cerchiamo su Google e ci indica il Ristorante Pizzeria Da Claudio località Porano. Arrivati in questo Ristorante ci accoglie un ragazzo educato, simpatico e molto preparato nel suo mestiere di nome Francesco. Partiamo dal presupposto che ogni volta che verrò da quelle parti, sarò assieme alla mia famiglia a pranzo e a cena in questo ristorante dove si mangia cucina Umbra da Dio con porzioni abbondanti. Comunque quel sabato abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo andati anche il giorno successivo a pranzo in questo ristorante a conduzione Familiare. Voglio fare i complimenti a Claudio e Famiglia per la cordialità ricevuta e consiglio a chi legge la mia recensione di andare immediatamente a mangiare in questo locale. Però i complimenti più belli vanno a Francesco che è il figlio del proprietario. Grazie Francesco per avermi fatto sentire a casa assieme alla mia famiglia e questi gesti difficilmente li dimentico.
