Excellent for Vegans! I was a little apprehensive about coming here as a vegan who doesn’t drink alcohol, but honestly? I was blown away. 10/10 recommend! There was a group of 8 of us, the rest of the party had the regular tasting menu with wine pairings and they made vegan alternatives to suit me for *almost* every course (one dish was not substituted for me, sadly, but the other 9 were great!) The staff were amazing, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food was really really impressive. Im often not expecting much from a regular restaurant (as opposed to a vegan place) but the chefs really impressed me and I will absolutely be back, this is definitely my new favorite restaurant in the local area. Don’t hesitate to come if you’re vegan, I’m not sure if they cater to vegan wine pairings but the food is top notch.

This is a wonderful restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly right from the start, making us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous and quite fancy. They have a wide variety of wines, and the staff are happy to help you choose the perfect wine to go with your meal. The food not only looked amazing, but it also tasted fantastic. The prices are pretty good for such an upscale place. I had a great time and would definitely suggest this restaurant to anyone who's looking for a special dining experience.

What a wonderful experience! Our Christmas Eve dinner was at Sostansa and my husband and I absolutely loved it! We had the taste menu with wine pairing, it was amazing, everything was amazing actually, the food, the place and the staff… what a great service! (which for me is one of the most important things in a restaurant) also, for every dish and wine we got an explanation of what it is. Sostansa is a very elegant and refined place, when we come back to Pordenone we will definitely book this restaurant again. Highly...
