Very authentic Italian experience, we were surrounded by families celebrating baptisms (with the little kids still happily running around at midnight!), wedding proposals etc. The service is also quite traditional, for better le for worse. It’s quite charming, and the waiters are super efficient, but the refusal to change any of the dishes whatsoever from the tasting menu is a shame. Food wise, the seafood is fresh, as you’d expect from any restaurant on that beautiful coast. But the more complex gastronomic preparations do let it down - the dishes often lack balance (for example one of the pasta sauces just tasted like butter) and some of the more interesting attempts don’t come off and just taste odd (like mackerel with caramel for instance). The tortelli with foie gras was lovely, but the red mullet topping it was unsurprisingly totally lost.

En cuanto a la cocina, sencillamente memorable. Probamos el risotto ai gamberi rosa: probablemente el mejor risotto que he comido en mi vida, equilibrado, cremoso y lleno de sabor. Las linguine con conquillages estaban perfectas, ricas en condimento y con el punto de cocción exacto. La ricciola (pez limón) muy fresca, sabrosa y cocinada con respeto al producto.
Los postres merecen capítulo aparte: La Ricotta e Pera es un encanto delicado y armonioso. Y el Pink… una mousse de cereza dentro de una esfera de chocolate rosa: ligera, elegante, ¡fantástica!
Relación calidad–precio excelente: éramos tres, con vino, y pagamos 108€. Un lugar que sabe apreciar su territorio, el producto y el huésped. Experiencia que se queda en la memoria.

Per quanto riguarda la cucina, semplicemente memorabile. Abbiamo provato il risotto ai gamberi rosa: probabilmente il miglior risotto che abbia mai mangiato, equilibrato, cremoso e ricco di sapore. Le linguine con conquillages erano ottime, condite con generosità e con una cottura impeccabile. La ricciola (pesce ricciole) freschissima, saporita e cucinata con grande rispetto per la materia prima.
I dolci meritano un capitolo a parte: La Ricotta e Pera è delicata e armoniosa. E il Pink… una mousse all’amarena racchiusa in una sfera di cioccolato rosa: leggera, elegante, semplicemente fantastica!
