AVOID!! Terrible service - my partner and I had an awful time tonight and that was an hour of my life I’ll never get back.

We arrived, and someone asked us if we were there for the bar or dinner. We said dinner, then she said she would be back. We waited about 15+ minutes (we were already feeling forgotten about) before someone came and sat us down and said for us to wait another 20 minutes since dinner wouldn’t start until 8:30. When 8:30 came around, someone came to our table to take our order, but then said they couldn’t take a dinner order since we were sitting in the bar area - which has no bar and is an extension of the dinner area. We could not have known it was not the dinner area.

We asked if we could move to the dinner area, they said yes, but when we tried, someone else said there was no space.

We asked when there would be space, they said they didn’t know. There were open tables. If there were reservations booking up the evening, they should have told us when we arrived. Instead, I feel we were rejected for not fitting their instagram vibe, but instead of sending us away from the start, they decided to waste our time.

We were very confused and unhappy about this. Maybe some of this was a language issue, but I think there was more to it.

I was in Pozzuoli for business and stayed just one night in this hotel. View from the terrace is fantastic! Room size and cleanness was ok. Breakfast served personalised as per your desire. Other things are disadvantages:1) There is no direct access to the hotel from the road, car should stop 100 meters away. Bad news for those who have heavy luggage. 2) Bathroom does not equipped 100%, as there are missing toilet paper holder, towels shelf (luggage rack used) and hygiene product shelf (sink surface used). 3) Credit card terminal was out of order, so I spent all my cash to pay the bill. (Good thing that I learned where is the bank and ATM in this town). Owners! Please fix items 2 and 3 and next time you will get 4...

Mario served us one of the best cocktails 🍹 we tried in a long time. He walk us through the process and his decision making. I was impressed at the love and dedication.

Another day, Alessio or similar, with glasses, gave us nice recommendations of food, tasting many and best options for a couple. Views and sky was amazing, temperature was perfect too. Food was delicious. 🍲 We tried wine, 3x cocktails, 2X tasting menu, and 2X main dishes. €150.
