We had an excellent experience here, and I can confidently say the service was outstanding. Despite the restaurant being completely full, the staff managed to stay efficient, friendly, and incredibly fast. One standout moment was when one of the dishes we wanted was no longer available. Instead of simply apologizing, they went the extra mile to make it happen for us, which really impressed me and it truly made our visit feel special. As for the food, it was delicious across the board. Each dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. My only small critique would be about the Zuppa di Cipolla. While tasty, it didn’t quite meet the expectation of being a soup—it was more of a hearty combination of bread, onions, and cheese. That said, it was still enjoyable, just not what I had in mind. Abbiamo chiamato il 26.12 per prenotare un tavolo per 4 per il 28.12 e, dopo averci confermato la prenotazione, ci è stato comunicato che se avessimo voluto mangiare raclette o pierrade avremmo dovuto dirlo in anticipo (già questo ci ha lasciati un po’ perplessi in quanto avremmo dovuto scegliere cosa mangiare in anticipo senza poterlo scegliere sul posto). Chiamiamo il giorno successivo, come da accordi, per segnalare il numero di raclette e veniamo trattati in modo indecente da quello che presumo fosse il nuovo gestore. Questa persona, non trovando la nostra prenotazione, ha sin da subito affermato più volte che era impossibile l’essere riusciti a contattarlo la sera prima, insinuando che fosse tutto frutto della nostra immaginazione. Dopo avergli garantito, avendo le prove sul telefono, di aver chiamato il loro numero la sera prima per la prenotazione tutto scocciato ha affermato: “vabbè in qualche modo vi sistemo” aggiungendo che però non sarebbe stato possibile in alcun modo mangiare raclette o pierrade poiché avevano già effettuato l’ ordinazione dal fornitore. I'm a bit disappointed, the restaurant looks very good, very posh and a bit too "decorated ". The wine we wanted was out of stock , which can happen. But the typical menu is almost a scam: 22 euro per person for a few hundred grams of meat , with lots of chicken and turkey.
