Dell'angelo — Restaurant in Predore

On our last day of vacation we discovered this gem. From the outside you don't necessarily realize what absolutely fantastic cuisine is offered here. The pasta is homemade, the pizza is a real poem and actually the best we have eaten in the last 15 years.

Crispy, wafer-thin base - the edge not too "bready" - and topped with the highest quality ingredients!

Unfortunately, we could not try more of the fresh seafood. However, what arrived on the neighboring tables looked more than just delicate.

At our next stop here in the area, this restaurant is definitely a must for us!

Ho letto le recensioni negative e posso assicurare che sono del tutto infondate, scritte probabilmente da persone che si trascinano anche a cena le proprie rabbie e frustrazioni. Quando un ristorante ha 200 clienti a cena è normale che si debba aspettare un po’ di più. Ho assistito varie volte a scene di clienti irrispettosi, presuntuosi, razzisti, cafoni che si credono divinità. Certamente il cliente va sempre trattato bene, ma questo non autorizza certi individui a sentirsi superiori e a trattare in modo sgarbato il personale. Nessuno è perfetto, possono esserci disguidi o incomprensioni, ma certi atteggiamenti da bulli nei clienti non sono tollerabili. I camerieri non sono schiavi. Anche di fronte alla maleducazione portano pazienza e sono sempre cordiali. Certa gente come sempre vede e proietta negli altri la maleducazione che si porta dentro. Se hai dentro il male negli occhi, quel male lo vedi ovunque, ma non è un problema dei camerieri o dei cuochi, il problema è tuo perché quel male è tuo. Lodi infinite alla pazienza del personale e dei titolari. Grandioso Brayan che porta luce e gioia in ogni tavolo che serve. Ad averne di personale così! Detto questo, si sa che i bulli li incontri da tutte le parti, meritano solo la nostra indifferenza e se serve anche le nostre querele per rimetterli al loro posto, bambini viziati che diventano adulti isterici e pretenziosi. Fantastica la cucina con la sua enorme varietà di portate. Qualità eccellente di ogni portata, compresi i pranzi di lavoro. Grazie ai titolari e al personale che fanno enormi sacrifici per mandare avanti questa...

We used to love this restaurant, but with recent changes in staff it is not what it used to be. The food is still generally good, but the place is not as inviting and fun as it used to be. It is still very popular with the locals, but, frankly, there are so few restaurants in Predore that it is hardly surprising.
