Simple, tasty food served with good wine: nothing particularly fancy, just traditional recipes and local products - which is really the beauty of it. The place is very comforting, with a terrace that offers a wonderful view on the valley. The staff is always very polite. Prices might seem a little high at first, but every option in the menu includes main and second course plus side dish, and portions are generous. Un posto davvero accogliente. Il personale è stato molto gentile, di una cortesia rara, sincera e per nulla leziosa. La sala interna non è grande ma molto accogliente, non ci potrebbero stare tavolate di grandi compagnie ma per una coppia o due è perfetto. I tavoli sono comodi, rustici e solidi. L'ambiente interno risulta accogliente, ben tenuto, e con un ottimo clima. Noi siamo stati in inverno, con un bel calore dato anche da una stufa a legna, ma d'estate la parte esterna deve essere meravigliosa per mangiare. I piatti non possono che essere speciali, la cucina friulana è molto ben rappresentata, curata, con preparazioni semplici ma con un gusto perfetto, ben centrato con il palato friulano di gusti armonici. Ampia carta di vini, salumi tipici di grande profumo (quindi conservati alla perfezione) e un carnet di dolci molto ampio, anche se ben pasciuti abbiamo solo preso il caffè, buono, senza provare nessun dolce.
