McDonald's — Restaurant in Puegnago del Garda

It's McDonald's. As usual when visiting in a different country, you get a different selection of burgers. We had a cheese and bacon burger, which I can't remember the name of. It was delicious. We also had different options of fries-plain, cheese topped or cheese and bacon topped. My husband has cheese and bacon topped. He enjoyed them. I had normal fries. We also had a mcflurry. They looked very different from Mcflurries at home and tasted different too. My husband says the ice cream was better. They definitely put a lot more of the 'sweet' ingredients into the basic ice cream! è da mesi che vorrei scrivere questa recensione e mi dispiace dirlo, ma il 90% del personale è vergognoso. Una lena mai vista in nessun ristorante, persino quando ci sono 3 clienti ci mettono 20 minuti a darti delle patatine (se va bene), sembra davvero lo facciano apposta, andando completamente contro lo stesso concept dei fast food . Inoltre quasi tutti i dipendenti sono di una maleducazione imbarazzate e inaudita, ti lanciano occhiatacce e quando li ringrazi per l’ordine non rispondono e ti guardano pure male. Addirittura, qualche mese fa sono andata al drive la sera, quando non c’era nessuno tranne me e si sono nascosti pur di non fare di il loro lavoro. Aggiungo poi che sarà la centesima volta che non mettono tutto ciò che ordino e pago al drive. Vorrei dire però che non tutti, seppur pochi, dipendenti si comportano in tal modo probabilmente dovendo rimediare all’ incompetenza e alla negligenza dei colleghi che sembra vogliano fare di tutto per non lavorare. Ci sarebbero altre diecimila cosa che vorrei dire come ad esempio quando ho ordinato un menù grade e le patite mi sono state riempite a metà. Aggiungo poi che tutte queste cose non mi sono mai capite in nessun altro Mcdonald’s, sembra facciano qualsiasi cosa per scegliere il...

Terrible place. Slow food, not fast food. It lasted much time to get the food which was ready on the table.
