DO NOT go here unless you want the start of your walk to be tarnished with drama. After our 'incident' 2 separate people approached us and said - "did the same with us" and "he's disgusting".
We ordered 3 take away cappuccinos. Got 1 cap & 1 espresso in a 'dine in cup'. Explained the order was wrong. Guy shooed me off like I was some vermin on his bar. I was shocked. I showed him the receipt to show I paid for 3 coffees, not 2. Again he shooed me off. He then grabbed the (two) drinks, threw it into a takeaway cup & shoved it at me, saying something in Italian to his colleague to which they both laughed. I explained again we asked for 3 & that all of them should be caps.... Not espresso, he grabbed the cup again & threw cold milk into it before aggressively shooing us off. They don't want you there. We were nothing but nice, kind, respectful customers but I sense they aren't happy with the tourists. I'd maybe understand if this was after a long day of serving thousands of customers but it wasn't...... It was at about 0830/0845am...

Only after 10 minutes did someone finally come out of the kitchen to say it was closed. ⢠Later, when we queued again, the cashier with an attitude made us wait while preparing another order, then abruptly told us: âKITCHEN CLOSED, KITCHEN CLOSED.â Why not just say that in the first place instead of wasting our time? ⢠We then tried the pizza section (staff told us it opens at 12). At 12, the sign said âopen,â so we lined up. The cashier told us âWAIT, NOT OPENED,â but the colleague at the pizza section said the opposite â that it was open. Completely inconsistent, confusing, and frustrating.
The place looks like multiple separate shops but is supposedly one big store, and no one seems to communicate. Service was rude, disorganized, and disrespectful. Honestly, donât bother â it just...

Mi chiedo come locali simili possano ancora esistere, soprattutto accanto a...
