Sichelburg — Restaurant in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

What a total disappointment without even trying the food. Despite Corona, they pack very small rooms with so many tables and people that we had to just run out. after ordering one bottle of water. Not acceptable - there was literally less than 1,5 meter between the tables surrounding us and each table packed with people. Looked like one big family dinner for all. Green Pass was not required - nobody checked for anything. Staff was quite unfriendly and not welcoming. When we expressed our concerns, they said sorry but this is how we do things and took the 10€ we just handed them for the bottle of water! Perhaps they should reconsider safety and well being of guests over revenue they make...

Были в этом ресторане по рекомендации. Что можно сказать. Сервис на очень хорошем уровне. Ненавязчивый и, что больше всего понравилось, персонал знает что можно предложить гостям. K примеру, выбранное вино очень подходило к основному блюду. В вопросе из чего состоит десерт, мы получили развёрнутый ответ без всяких задержек и предположений ( видно, что официанты знают, о чём они рассказывают). Выбор блюд неособенно большой, но приготовлено всё на очень хорошем уровне. Да, можно сказать порции не очень большие и цена за порцию выше средней, но качество продукта и его вкус на очень хорошем высоком уровне. Вцелом, можем смело посоветовать этот ресторан так и то, что посетим его сами в следующий отпуск в этих краях.

Bin auf Empfehlung in dieses Restaurant gegangen. Was soll ich sagen. Der Service ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Unaufdringlich und, was mir am besten gefallen hat, das Personal weiß, was es den Gästen anbieten soll. Zum Beispiel war der gewählte Wein sehr passend zum Hauptgang. Auf die Frage, woraus das Dessert besteht, erhielten wir eine ausführliche Antwort ohne Verzögerungen und Vermutungen (es ist offensichtlich, dass die Kellner wissen, wovon sie sprechen). Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist nicht besonders groß, aber alles ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau zubereitet. Ja, man kann sagen, dass die Portionen nicht sehr groß sind und der Preis pro Portion über dem Durchschnitt liegt, aber die Qualität der Produkte und ihr Geschmack sind auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Im Allgemeinen können wir dieses Restaurant bedenkenlos empfehlen und werden es bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in dieser Gegend selbst besuchen.

Very nice restaurant on the old castle. For the restaurant there is dedicated one room in the first floor decorated in wood. ( for those who could expected more stony interier:)) We really enjoyed the dinner the beef tartar split for two was really great especially in combination with cheese and ice cream. The main dishes we took beef steak and sea bass, the plating and so was beautiful but the quality of sea bass wasn´t at the level of the restaurant. The beef steak was quite chewy.
