Spaghetti ragu - 5 stars Tasted homemade. Sauce was phenomenal and addictive. Must order.

Goulash - 4.5 stars Savoury and tasty, generous with the beef. Good paprika notes.

Broth with dumplings - 4.5 stars Delicious broth.

Veal - 4 stars Potatoes were nicely cooked with good flavour. Veal steak was slightly overcooked, likely from the fact it was quite a thin slice.

Sausage with fries - 4 stars Pretty standard sausage but fries were served hot with good seasoning which is half the battle won.

Black forest cake - 4 stars Could do with more kirsch soaked cherries. sponge bit dry but overall cake was good.

Service was great. Our server could speak at least 3 languages and was attentive. Ambience amazing given that one could see the emerald green lake while...

Don’t eat here! The prices are extortionate and there are better options nearby. Additional overpriced items appear on your bill even for simple orders like croissant and coffee.

We ordered 1 coffee, 1 plain croissant with a small side of butter, and 1 slice of strudel to take away and it cost €17. When questioned if it was in error that we were charged €6 (!) for a tiny portion of butter on the side of the plain croissant, we were laughed at and told that it’s a reasonable cost for two teaspoons of butter wrapped in foil.

Be careful when you order here that secret costs don’t get added - the staff don’t communicate real costs of your bill, and find it a joke if you ask for any...

The worst service I have experienced in Italy. There were three of us, we waited 10 minutes for a menu, and after asking, the waitress only brought two menus, ignoring the third person. The restaurant was busy but not full. The waitress (tall, blonde, middle-aged) ignored our attempts to order, passing by our table repeatedly. We waited another 15 minutes and left the restaurant without ordering. The staff is very rude (you can check comments from other customers, this is not a one time behaviour). Avoid at all costs, the view of the lake does not compensate for the rude treatment...
