Ristorante Fuyuan — Restaurant in Qualiano

This is a good sushi restaurant, with comfortable seating, nice ambience and friendly staff.

The main draw is an all-you-can-eat option which is reasonably priced for either lunch or dinner. The options are plentiful though most are really just minor variations of the same things. In all, the sushi was good, not great, and was presented nicely, both times I've visited with my family.

The lack of unique options is a downside, but I never left wanting for more, and the price, again, was comfortable.

If you want a solid, consistent sushi evening, Fuyuan will do the trick. However, if you are yearning for something with more flair or unique dishes, I'd go elsewhere. Still, a solid 4 - mainly due to the price...

Una stella é anche troppo per questo posto! Le porzioni sono ridicole per una cena alla carta. Sono praticamente degli assaggi che andrebbero bene solo per una degustazione o all you can eat. Scelte vegetariane pochissime. Abbiamo ordinato un piatto di verdure miste a 7€ che era praticamente un assaggio ed era piccante e c'erano altre verdure rispetto alla descrizione sul menu. Inoltre tra gli allergeni non era indicato il peperoncino (sono allergica) e quando l'ho fatto presente alla titolare, lei mi ha aggredita dicendo che mai nessuno si era lamentato di questo. Io con garbo le ho spiegato che visto che indicano con dei simboli gli allergeni nei piatti sarebbe stato opportuno inserire anche il peperoncino. Lei ha iniziato a strillare che nessuno si lamenta di questo e quando le ho fatto presente che le verdure nel piatto erano diverse rispetto a quello ordinato ha iniziato a farfugliare cose incomprensibili in malo modo. Io a quel punto ho detto che non sa come si tratta un cliente e le ho chiesto il conto. Abbiamo speso 25€ in due per 2 piattini di noodles che non sapevano di niente se non di salsa di soia (mezza porzione) e 1 piatto di verdure che non abbiamo consumato. All'uscita dal ristorante siamo andati a mangiare una pizza per saziarci! Per non parlare del fatto che al nostro arrivo abbiamo chiesto dell'acqua che non ci é mai stata portata. E quando sono andata a farlo presente perché nessuno veniva al tavolo dopo 20 minuti in una sera infrasettimanale con poco meno di 15 persone all'interno, la titolare, educatissima mi ha allungato la bottiglia d'acqua in mano e mi ha detto: la porti tu? Ridicolo. Per non parlare della mancanza di igiene nei bagni. Disgustosi e maleodoranti. L'unica cosa che riesce bene in questo posto è la maleducazione....

We went at lunch and had the all you can eat. The atmosphere was nice and the place looked clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had a few different rolls, edamame, potstickers, and dessert.

The edamame was a bit overcooked, not a big deal. The potstickers were decent. I was disappointed by the rolls; they were all pretty mediocre. The gelato was iced and crunchy, as though it had melted and been refrozen.

If the rolls had been better and the gelato not terrible, I'd give it 5 stars because everything...
