Ristorante La Falena — Restaurant in Ragusa

We had an absolutely outstanding dinner last night that deserves nothing less than five stars. One of the best meals of my trip to Italy this year and even including last year. Every dish was a standout, crafted with care and bursting with flavor.

The linguine with sea urchin was rich and perfectly balanced. It was creamy and one of the best squid ink pastas I’ve ever had (and I’ll order it every time I see it). The spaghetti with lobster was another highlight, with tender, sweet lobster nestled in a light yet flavorful sauce. The fish of the day, Orata, was incredibly tender and expertly cooked — melt-in-your-mouth delicious. They cleaned and served it right at the table.

We also shared the risotto with truffle and shrimp, which was also very delicious and creamy.

Service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance added to the overall experience. Highly recommend — we’ll...

Very good fish, actually one of the best I have tried (normally I don't like fish). Pizza seemed typical Italian, but did not try it. Restaurant was suggested as it wasn't far and had a good rating. Booked and went there on a Saturday before 8pm, where the large restaurant was empty (we were first there). By 8pm people started coming and by the time we finished there was a very large que waiting their turn. Booking is highly recommended. Prices are not cheap but are reflective...

a very unpleasant experience...we order dishes and two salads...and grilled vegetables...they forgot the one salad and the second dish...when we asked when they will bring the salad and the second dish (pasta with sea food) their answer was we haven't order two salads and the pasta would arrive shortly...bur in the meantime the one dish was already cold!

Of course we will not go there again for the rest days we will stay on this...
