We had an unforgettable evening at Dolce. From the start, the service stood out—Chef Max personally came to our table to explain the menu alongside Agi. His passion for food and attention to detail was evident in every dish. He made us feel truly valued as guests, not just diners.
His wife, Agi, was equally impressive—an exceptional host and waitress who made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the meal. From assisting with the food choices and wine, to providing wonderful recommendations for the rest of our trip.
We enjoyed a beautifully curated selection: • Tuna Otoro (torched table side, delicate, fresh and perfectly balanced) • Wagyu Beef (torched table side and incredibly tender) • Spinach Ravioli with fresh local Truffle (rich and earthy) • Lamb Chops (perfectly cooked) • Tiramisu (light, classic, and delicious) • spectacular Argentinian ice cream cake with a twist • Plus, their homemade breads with olive oil were a lovely touch.
The combination of outstanding ingredients and dishes, warm hospitality, and personal attention made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Tuscany. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special meal in Reggello.
