Whoever designed this customer experience owes both the staff and customers an apology. I have never seen such a cumbersome payment and queuing process before, and the confusion it causes puts a lot of pressure on the staff, who all seem stressed and a bit unfriendly.

Personale maleducato, impreparato e non qualificato. Oltre ad essere disorganizzato. Attenzione al cliente pari a zero. Rimbalzati da una persona all’altra per chiedere un rimborso dei caffè ordinati al chiosco self service perché non c’era più caffè. Forse non avevano più voglia di farli, dato che al banco abbiamo aspettato alcuni minuti prima che ci servissero, per poi sentirci dire in modo maleducato che avevano solo caffè d’orzo e ginseng. Il tempo di parlottare con clienti (amici, parenti?) lo avevano però. Devo prendere quello che non ho pagato??? Che logica è??? Rimbalzati dal banco alla cassa per il rimborso. Dalla cassa alla direttrice e dalla direttrice alla cassa. Chiesto il rimborso per tutti i prodotti ordinati e no, solo i caffè, perché gli altri li avevano. Al banco dopo aver chiesto i caffè che non avevano mi hanno subito mandato alla cassa senza darmi il resto. Tre persone non devono fare colazione e le altre due si???
