La Piola Ristorante con Pizzeria — Restaurant in Rezzato

Together with 2 friends, we went for dinner. I made a reservation, and they made us wait at least 10 minutes at the entrance without communicating anything to us.

The staff only did the bare minimum (gave us menus, put the cups on the table) and no additional information. We had to call the waiter for our order to be taken.

Drinks & Food arrived quick. 2 coffees & 1 limoncello took 15+ minutes, and when we asked for the bill they never came so we kust went ourselves to the counter & paid.

The staff is awesome, always on the run to satisfy the customer, the food is awesome too, with great variety of flavors throughout the menu. The place is well lit and cozy, and in summer you can also eat outside. Prima di scrivere questa recensione ho voluto leggere le altre per capire se avessi io travisato o se La Piola è effettivamente un locale da evitare. Confermo che non credo ci metterò più piede! Abbiamo mangiato 3 antipasto di pesce, 3 secondi, 3 dolci, 1 bottiglia di vino, 2 acqua 2 caffè. Il costo della cena per essere in una pizzeria è esagerato, quasi da ristorante stellato. Confermo che il prezzo è dichiarato sul menù, ma avrei gradito mangiare tutto quello che ho poi pagato, Lo spiedino di pesce ordinato tranne 1 capasanta e 2 gamberetti quasi trasparenti, il resto è rimasto nel piatto perché la seppia era peggio di una gomma. Quando hanno ritirato i piatti, non si sono neanche curati di chiedere se fosse andato tutto bene e/o per quale motivo le seppie non erano state gradite. Altra nota dolente il servizio, come letto nelle altre recensioni, poco attento e lento e disorganizzato, come anche la cucina disorganizzata, oltre 50 minuti prima di iniziare a mangiare, e durante la nostra attesa veniva consigliato agli altri tavoli di mangiare la pizza perché la cucina era nel caos.
