Ristorante Pizzeria Rimini Key — Restaurant in Rimini

We went to have dinner at a neighboring restaurant, but it was full, so we decided to have dinner next door with the company. Ristorante Pizzeria Rimini Key was almost empty. The atmosphere is nice, but from the first conversation with the waitress, we felt that nothing good was waiting for us. The first mistake was that they brought the wrong bottle of wine, although I repeated it twice. I think it's difficult to mix 1 liter of house wine with 1 bottle. The second mistake was that when I finished eating pizza, I found a piece of metal. After showing it to another waiter, he explained that when opening wine boxes, those metal pieces can break and fall anywhere... ?!?! So it fell into some pizza ingredient. He apologized and that was it. The third mistake was that I expected that at least the price of the pizza would be deducted from the bill or at least a minimal piece of dessert would be served as a good gesture from the chef. No one is interested. We visited some really good restaurants in Rimini, the politeness and the quality of the food were surprising, because we only chose good reviews. I was convinced that it is very important to pay attention to Google...

Terrible service, mediocre food, asking money for service not provided. Never comming back.

We were 4 adults and 1 kid of age under 2 years that was sitting in his stroller by the table and not eating with us. We ordered 4 dishes. All dishes came separately with big delays. First they brought tagliatelle, 5 minutes later raviolli and then maybe another 10 minutes of waiting before we finally got our two spaghettis. First person was already done with tagliatelle until we got our spaghettis. Waitress was rolling her eyes, she barely spoke any english and was apparently bothered having to serve to customers. They never gave us receipt, but from the amount they asked we paid 10 euros more for service. That is either 2,50€ per adult per service, or 2€ per person if they included "service" for the kid. They brought us 5 napkins and 5 sets of cutlery, so I believe they counted the kid for...

Ci siamo trovati qui solo perché eravamo stanchi e perché era il più vicino al nostro hotel...quindi abbiamo pensato che per una pizza poteva andare bene. Entriamo in questo locale fermo agli anni 80, tavoli qua e là non sparecchiati, qualche tavolata di famiglie...ma l'aria che si respira qui dentro sa di tristezza..non ti viene incontro nessuno a darti il benvenuto. Dopo 5 Min arriva il proprietario credo e non salutando con aria assopita ci fa sedere in una tavolata da 12 perché gli scocciava sparecchiare i tavoli da due. Va bè ci sediamo nella tavolata ho trovato la cosa un po' imbarazzante...arriva un cameriere forse indiano che nn sembra capire l' Italiano...gli facciamo l'ordine .. svogliato se ne va in cucina. Guardiamo come fanno con gli altri... uguale zero voglia di lavorare...zero simpatia. Il locale vintage potrebbe essere sfruttato meglio non è malissimo.. basterebbe un po' di entusiasmo del personale. Avevamo ordinato acqua frizzante e ci arriva un litro di vino bianco 😱 glielo rimando indietro... scocciato se ne va. Arriva prima la pizza del mio ragazzo solo che era sbagliata e gliela rimandiamo indietro..intanto nn arriva ne acqua né la mia...dopo 10 min arrivano le due pizze e con calma anche l' acqua.. Mangiamo questa pizza mangiabile almeno . Poi Arriva il proprietario ci chiede se vogliamo un dolcino ... guardiamo il menù beh devo dire che sono molto forniti...ci saranno più di venti dolci 🤣...va bè il mio ragazzo prende un mascarpone e io una dama bianca... purtroppo il proprietario mi dice che la dama bianca non c'è in listino , il tipografo si è sbagliato a scrivere e l'ha aggiunta sbagliando tutti i menù 😅...ah !! ( Ho pensato ma perché non ci tirano una riga sopra se non la fanno così evitano di dire del tipografo che nn è il massimo) ...il capo mi dice che mascarpone e dama bianca sono la stessa cosa alla fine ...ma come!!! Mah!! Forse si dovrebbe fare una cultura sui dolci!!! Non mi esprimo che è meglio e lo lascio fare... Cmq pensiamo in Romagna non possono sbagliare un mascarpone...e invece si !! è arrivato che sembrava acqua...liquidissimo con fragole inzuppate ...io nn sono riuscita a mangiarlo era pessimo...ci alziamo paghiamo e saluti! ( i dolci costano 8€ l' uno ...una ladrata, fossero speciali capirei!! ) !! Non so magari se non avete grandi pretese e vi va bene essere serviti da zombie questo è il vostro posto...peccato ma purtroppo il servizio è zero non posso esprimermi sulle altre delizie che hanno...
