We’ve been here in early June but I just stumbled over the photos I took of this gem of a restaurant and had to do a proper rating.

Probably one of the best places for fresh fish on the island. Self caught fish gets displayed to the guest and after you select your type of fish they also let you select how you want it to be cooked (for example as soup, grilled, with pasta,….). Every dish we had there was excellent, not only the main attraction (the fish) but also the pasta dishes and the mixed fish starters. The atmosphere feels like you are dining at a friends house. Aspettative alte grazie alle recensioni lette ma purtroppo un po' deluso sia dal prezzo che dalla scelta.. scelta che si è ridotta in una sola scelta tra gli antipasti, due scelte su 4 presenti nel menu con i primi, e due scelte su 4 per i secondi... in un ristorante con questi prezzi, ok le 4 selezioni per primi e secondi ma, guardate se riuscite a raggiungerle o almeno sostituire le nancanti perche' cosi facendo diventa un menu fisso e pure pagato caro. Se devo andare in un ristorante chiamato ittiturismo e poi avere la stessa scelta dei ristoranti per quanto riguarda il pescato, che se non sbaglio viene pagato anche a peso d oro cucinato (ho visto dai 90 ai 150 euro ) .. insomma, un posto per spennare i facoltosi, niente a che vedere con la cucina popolare del pescatore... ci vai una volta e poi non ci torni piu'.. non sono mai stato cosi severo con chi mi da da mangiare una sera ma, in questo caso, grazie alle recensioni delle allodole mi sono fatto fregare anche io. Il cibo niente da dire ma, se si riduce come ho detto a mumero 5 piatti come selezione, ci mancherebbe anche che fossero cucinati male oppure con pesce congelato.. tutto fresco dalla pasta alle verdure al pesce ma, vado fuori a mangiare appositamente per avere una scelta cosa che non c'è stata offerta in questo posto, peccato! Se volevo del pesce semplicemente messo nel forno, me lo sarei fatto da me, comprato dal pescatore al porto e non pagato 90 euro perche ci hanno messo l...
