Bar New York 777 — Restaurant in Rome

Avoid this place if possible. Me and my boyfriend were staying in the hotel next door and we went into this place for a sandwich.

First of all, the staff had to switch round for me as I was English and they wasn't very clear with it. So as I chose my sandwich he first stated it was 2.20 for one, which seemed quite reasonable...however, from across the room the staff that had just swapped shouted "no, no, no 4.20, 4.20", and the sandwich had weirdly changed to 4.20? Was that because i was a tourist? hmm.. I went next door to eat my sandwich and honestly.. the bread was ROCK hard, my nails couldn't even break through the bread. It was absolutely disgusting, how dare they sell me something like that. I work with food and I would have NOT sold this to a customer.

I know this place is for locals as it's out of central Rome, though with a hotel next door, it's something I don't recommend for tourists. Get your metro tickets from the Rebbibia station and avoid this place if possible, if you want to...

Dipendenti che sembra che dormono vi racconto la mia esperienza di qualche settimana fa: ero al tavolo con le mie due bambine x fare colazione avevo ordinato delle patatine e un tramezzino che ancora dovevo finire di mangiare avevo anche lasciato lo zaino sulla sedia x fare vedere che ci stavamo. Accompagno le bambine al bagno (la signora della cassa sapeva che eravamo andati al bagno e inoltre ci aveva anche visto in che tavolo eravamo), torno al tavolo tutto sparito avevano levato tutto. Ma dico io non vedete lo zaino lì vicino? Ma gli occhi li avete o no? Non vedete che c'erano le patatine delle bambine i giochini sopra il tavolo? Mai successa una cosa del genere.
