Amazing Experience at Locanda alla Romana!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Locanda alla Romana, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cozy ambiance and the warm, welcoming staff.

Food: The food was absolutely incredible! [Mention specific dishes pizza was the best I’ve ever had—, and the fish was a delightful way to end the meal.Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to recently! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel more like guests than customers. The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, with its unique handmade decorations which was astonishing .

Now let’s talk about the food — pure perfection! Every dish was made with high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You can tell there’s real passion behind the cooking. We tried several items on the menu, and honestly, each one was better than the last – especially the fish soup which was amazing , pasta and fish with potato .

Sconsigliatissimo. Esperienza totalmente pessima, sotto ogni punto di vista. Dopo aver ordinato da bere, un signore ha preso le ordinazioni in maniera fredda e svogliata, malgrado i nostri sorrisi. Dopo un'attesa di circa 50 minuti, abbiamo chiesto di avere, almeno, del pane. Altra attesa, altra richiesta di pane. Nuova attesa e nuova richiesta del pane. Tre volte. Inutili. Dopo quasi un'ora e mezza di attesa, abbiamo comunicato a colui che aveva preso le ordinazioni che saremmo andati via, anche perché avevano appena servito persone arrivate decisamente dopo di noi. Il signore, non solo non ha chiesto scusa, ma ha sgarbatamente detto che dovessimo aspettare perché "ho il locale pieno". A quel punto, abbiamo deciso di andare via e, sempre con molta maleducazione, ha detto che il vino lo avrebbe offerto lui e, dandoci le spalle, ci ha rivolto diverse parolacce. Subito dopo, lo stesso signore ha preso per un braccio mio nipote, un ragazzino di soli 14 anni, "invitandolo" ad uscire fuori con lui. Il ragazzino in questione era "colpevole" di aver chiesto il perché delle parolacce. Intervenuti gli adulti presenti nel gruppo, sempre lo stesso signore è arrivato a parole ben peggiori, comprensive di minacce e toni eccessivi. I suoi gesti sono stati bloccati soltanto dall'intervento di altre persone, tra cui il titolare del ristorante che ha chiesto scusa per tutto. Quindi, non solo non sono stati in grado di gestire le ordinazioni e i tavoli ma, evidentemente, neanche di scegliere il personale. Tra l'altro, non siamo arrivati al ristorante per caso, all'ultimo momento ma avevamo prenotato un tavolo da giorni.

IN RISPOSTA AL TITOLARE: Il fatto che il locale fosse pieno non giustifica né la lunga attesa e né, soprattutto, l'atteggiamento aggressivo e maleducato. Se non siete in grado di gestire tanti clienti contemporaneamente, dovreste allora ridurre il numero dei tavoli. Comunque, proprio perché il locale era affollato, abbiamo lungamente pazientato prima di chiedere, almeno, di avere del pane. E questo è accaduto dopo 50 minuti di attesa! Quando siamo andati via era passata un'ora e mezza dalla nostra ordinazione. Probabilmente, avete anche un problema con gli orologi. Non so cosa significhi "libero laccia" ma tutti sappiamo con certezza come davvero sono andate le cose e chi ha offeso e minacciato chi con parole e gesti. Negare la realtà e accusare gli altri di cose inesistenti è un'ulteriore forma di maleducazione. Tra l'altro, la vostra risposta è totalmente incoerente con le scuse che il titolare del locale ci ha rivolto per l'atteggiamento del suo dipendente, subito dopo l'accaduto.
