When it comes to places like that I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. The staff is moving fast and there is lots of people to take care of. You don't have to wait long, and you really being taken care of. My table for example was visited by 3 different waiters and they all knew what was ordered, what we needed etc. Great cooperation! Siamo andati in questo ristorante su consiglio, a pranzo di sabato, ci fanno accomodare e il cameriere ci porta solo acqua senza neanche il pane, lo abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi quando era già arrivato l'antipasto (un tagliere normalissimo a 18 euro), un altro cameriere che ci ha portato il vino era iperagitato e sudava freddo e è stato a dir poco impacciato ad aprire la bottiglia. Ma la cosa che ci ha molto infastidito è che a poco più di metà antipasto consumato arriva il cameriere con i nostri primi chiedendoci se poteva lasciarceli, noi abbiamo detto che non ci sembrava il caso e li abbiamo fatti portare indietro alla fine del nostro antipasto ci sono stati riproposti i nostri stessi piatti di prima anche se hanno negato ma il risotto era tiepido e la mia pasta annacquata come se avessero riscaldato al volo in padella per la cremetta(cacio e pepe). Poi mentre la mia compagna finiva il suo primo già è venuto il cameriere a prendere il mio piatto vuoto. Cmq siamo andati via lamentandosi alla cassa ma senza ricevere neanche quell'attimo di attenzione che in un ristorante dove vuoi farti pagare abbastanza il tuo prodotto devi anche poter garantire un servizio adatto al prezzo che fai quindi non mi aspetto ragazzi impacciati a servire o che commettono errori di portare primi piatti a metà antipasto! This place is simply fantastic. It outdoes most restaurants, bars, cafés, and other food & drink establishments I've visited both in terms of service and food quality and value. The menu isn't huge, but the food is so so so good you could eat the same dish every day and every day good it would be.
