Lago di Vico is a nice day trip from Rome and there are a few restaurants along the shore to stop and enjoy a meal. We went to Rivafiorita (reservations suggested) for a late lunch. Pros: great location, good service, generous wine portions, beach longer chairs available on certain days for restaurant patrons Cons: the food seemed like it had been prepped earlier in the day and was reheated. Sadly, the service- and food- was terrible. We ordered 3 different dinner items, but none of the items had any flavor. When we looked for our waiter, it took 5-7 minutes to find him. (not expecting immediate assistance, but he should have at least circled back to see how we were doing & if we need anything)!
