The worst experience Ive ever made requesting a late check in! Be aware if you want to arrive after 23h00 they charge you 10€ PER PERSON! For what on earth? She even said, if we would be 4 persons, she would take 40€!!!!! What a bad service. Luckily Ive found even a better AirBnb and there it was not at one moment a problem with the late check in. Everything was in the other AirBnb super organised and explained and most importantly: They DIDN't charge extra as this one here! On top the owners are not very well with english and interpreted sentences wrong and got really mad with me. For eg I asked them if 10€ in total would be fine with them. She understood, that i was thinking it was a Fine like police give you. I reported her at AirBnb with her rude, unfriendly and overemotional behaviour! Dont expect here any special customer treat! They only accept if it is there way or you get in serious trouble with them! Very very very bad behaviour...

Letizia and Raffaele were very accommodating hosts. They communicated as often as needed prior to our arrival. The room we rented was immaculate and situated at the base of the castle; excellent location. We had dinner at their restaurant and had one of the best dining experiences. Letizia is also the chef and was very nice to have conversations with. They really have built a wonderful place for tired travelers. One thing that could be improved was their lack of wi-fi for those of us traveling from the USA; a minor inconvenience. Since the location is not within walking distance from the train station, they offered a ride to it—such a relief. If you’re ever in the area and looking for a welcoming, clean, and comfortable stay, choose Raffaele and Letizia’s B&B. I’d love to come...

Condivido la visione della cucina casareccia, dell'atmosfera etc etc etc ma qui qualcosa non va! il menu...non si sa quale è, se quello fornito a tavola o quello attaccato al muro, tra l'altro senza i prezzi indicati. Chiedi una cosa sul menu del tavolo e ti viene detto che non c'è, chiedi una cosa del menu del muro e ti dice che c'e solo quello nel menu del tavolo. l'attesa...locale mezzo vuoto e attesa lunghissima tra le portate. il cameriere/titolare che serve ai tavoli in ciabatte....insomma... le pietanze buone, ma sarebbe stato interessante pesare il dichiarato 1,200kg di carne che ci hanno servito. insomma rapporto qualità/prezzo/locale/servizio decisamente sotto la media. per ultimo, il locale non ha parcheggio (non è una critica, solo un avviso!)

Gentile signor Proprietario, mi spiace per lei ma evidentemente mi ha confuso con qualche suo altro cliente, visto che: 1)siamo venuti a mangiare alle ore 20.00; ci è stato detto " c'è quello nel menu sul tavolo" (ah tra l'altro senza prezzi indicati) e poi invece le pietanze indicate non erano comunque disponibili. 2)non ho visto nessuna gonna al cameriere UOMO, bensì infradito e pantaloncini e barba con pizzetto. 3)non ho ne voglia ne tempo di rispondere alle sue fantasiose illazioni su di me. Sappia solo e si renda conto che io non mi sono permesso di parlare di lei e giudicare la sua persona. Io mi sono permesso di parlare della mia personale esperienza presso il suo ristorante, che è lo scopo di questo servizio di Google. Se vuole le faccio una recensione anche su Trip Advisor, oppure carico qualche foto per dimostrare la mia presenza presso il suo ristorante o anzi, la faccio recensire dagli altri commensali così vediamo anche il loro pensiero. Mi spiace se l'abbia presa cosi, evidentemente saremo stati sfortunati noi quella sera alle...
