NO! VOTO 4. NON CONSIGLIATO UNA STELLA IN PIU' PER PIETA' E PER GLI SPAGHETTI ALLE VONGOLE Antipasto VOTO 6: non dava eccessiva evidenza di freschezza relativamente alla cottura ed i colori ed il gusto erano un po' "forzati" Primo: spaghetti alle vongole veraci: VOTO 7 ; buon piatto sebbene vi fosse un eccessivo "strascico gustativo" dovuto all'uso appena squilibrato di alcuni ingredienti, forse l'aglio. Inoltre alcune vongole erano inaspettatamente "vuote". Secondo: VOTO 2. bollito di pesce: un disastro totale: sezioni microscopiche di pesce con lisca, stracotti e tagliati indecorosamente e trasversalmente allo sviluppo dei pesci. Polpo stracotto e macerato. PESSIMO Verdure di contorno insipide e con evidenza esterna da " verdure in scatola da supermercato.

N.d.r. le altre tre persone hanno lasciato oltre il 50% del loro secondo e contorno (tonno ecc)

Personale in sala: nella norma ma niente di eccezionale: VOTO 6,5, fatto salvo per la signora (VOTO 0) che ha il titolo di sommelier la quale con la propria presenza ha dato evidenza di fastidioso ed irritante "ingombro sociale, privo di capacità nei rapporti interpersonali", sin dall'inizio e che si è protratto fino alla cassa al momento del pagamento.

Siamo stati mercoledì 21 agosto a cena, ore 20,45. A suo avviso Le devo mettere nomi, cognomi CF, indirizzi e utenze telefoniche?? Il fatto che sia "sbalordita" (femminile) si traduce che molto probabilmente è la moglie del proprietario, e ciò conferma la mia analisi. Non ho alcunché da vergognarmi e non ho utilizzato un tono offensivo. Se avesse avuto l'accortezza "notare" il tavolo avrebbe visto il cibo " avanzato" , si faccia una domanda e si dia una risposta, se ne è capace e accolga, se vuole le critiche, oltre che i plausi tradendo una supposizione e pretenziosità irritante, della quale, ha dato evidenza in sala ed alla cassa, nonché dall'ipotizzare, fastidiosamente, che non fossimo neppure venuti nel Vostro ristorante, millantando una recensione mendace. Eravamo nella sala interna, entrando a destra, sotto il climatizzatore. Cordiali saluti p.s. stessa valutazione...

Goes without saying that I would not give a restaurant a 5 star review if the food was not good, it is, lovely fresh fish, cooked to perfection, served beautifully. However, so what, there are many good places to eat. What sets this apart are the owners and staff. The warmth and welcoming smile from the waiter who recalled our previous visit 6 months previously, the chef sharing time, reflecting on life over an Amaro, his beautiful wife, with a warmth that could melt the hardest souls, these unteachable traits are what set places apart. My 3 stars are the result if a 5 star on food and no stars on service. We waited 2 full hours for a starter and a wrong order of first course. When we said this, and said we could not spend much more time there, rather than an apology or an attempt to make good of their mistake, I was instead told that the place was full and there was nothing they could do. Full? My fault? Very bad service. We ended up having to live in the middle of the dinner, having to pay for water service and wine for a full meal which we did not eventually have.
