Ristorante Su Mallaccioi — Restaurant in Sàrdara/Sardara

We had been driving in the countryside all day long and came across this restaurant at dinner time. It was absolutely the highlight of the day! The portions were large, the prices were small, the staff, a husband and wife team were amazing! Our waitress was an absolute joy! she did well with our hand signs and luckily our translations on the phone. It was an absolutely delightful evening we loved it, loved it, loved it! We would highly recommended coming here, it's worth the drive from Cagliari! The food was by far the best that we have had in over a week in Sardinia! We had a great dinner! The waitress was super funny and even though she spoke only little English she made lots of jokes and took good care of us! I loved her energy! The pasta we had was very delicious and the prices were very affordable. We both had a main, water, wine and espresso and paid less than 30€ Highly recommended if you are in the area! The only things to „criticise“ were the bright light in the restaurant and it got pretty loud due to the acoustics of the room and a football team of men that came to eat at the same time! :D we still enjoyed...

Se ci fossero più stelle le metterei per valutare questo posto. La Sardegna è bellissima e ritornerò ma sicuramente il motivo principale sarà questo ristorante e le trofie all'astice gustate qui. Impareggiabili! Un'esperienza culinaria senza precedenti per gusto. Sono servite per due in un piatto a spelonga abbondantissimo. Di solito la pasta all'astice ha un sugo semplice giusto macchiato, qui il sugo è buonissimo, corposo abbondante e avvolge le trofie in modo eccellente. Meriterebbe anche senza l'astice, che però era polposo, fresco, grande. Abbiamo razzolato fino all'ultimo grammo del piatto, gustandolo fino all'ultimo. Abbiamo impiegato un'ora e mezza per goderci l'esperienza, nonostante lo strumento apposito per estrarre la carne dalle chele non abbiamo avuto paura di sporcarci le mani e di affondare la faccia nel sugo. Meraviglioso! Il giorno dopo siamo tornate per assaggiare le linguine allo scoglio. Anche qui, praticamente primo e secondo insieme, tanto che il piatto era abbondante. I frutti di mare erano una valanga e il sapore fresco di mare, la pasta al dente, tutto perfetto. La signora Tamara è gentilissima e di una simpatia incredibile, già al telefono quando chiami per prenotare. Sì può arrivare anche senza prenotazione, il ristorante è sulla 131 quindi se siete di passaggio su questa lunga strada, cercate di fare una sosta qui. La location è accogliente e allq mano, semplice, e i tavoli sono distanti, inoltre per chi vuole vi è uno spazio all'aperto in giardino ed è facile...
