They use paper plates… In a damn restaurant ?! Never seen that before and If someone could have notice it here I would NEVER have eaten in this structure.

But honestly it’s not the worst for me. I tried to understand why and tried to tell him (pretty sure it was the boss) that is bad like, really really bad for the planet (can not believe it still authorized anyway) and the answer is « not enough space and anyway you took the plane to come here ».

I left straight because i’m learning how to not argue with that kind of people : because dude, if all of these tourists wasnt eating in ur restaurant, you would eat sand for dinner. So please don’t compare stupidly. It’s not the way I work in my own restaurant and doing buisness also means taking your responsability, not just the money : 20e for 100g of pasta in a damn paper plate is not honest. The price is not just about the place and the food. It’s also about clean work : you own a restaurant, not a snack.

But thanks to the staff which is winning the only star because they really deserve it. 🫶🏼

EDIT POST REPLY : You really don’t get it, isnt.. Can you tell me at what moment I use the PLASTIC word? None. At what moment I said i’ve not eaten there ? None. Please read correctly we will both gain energy and time. If you think that because you don’t use PLASTIC but PAPER makes you a good man… Whatever. As i said earlier, i’m done arguing with that kind of mentality. Paper still...

We made a reservation and we had proof of confirmation but they were busy and did not honor the reservation. The employees were busy, rude and did not care to help. I have been to this restaurant before and the person cooking, a nice lady from Cuba, is super helpful but the three people working could care less. It is an extremely bad look for the owner to have employees shrug their shoulders, say it’s not my problem, ignore us and not offer a simple solution or even a simple bit of communication (“we are sorry but it will be 30 minutes”). It appears there is no training or education. I expected a bit more from the Italians but it appears pride and service do...

Esperienza pessima in tutto . Proprio stasera alloggiando a solanas cerco un ristorantino di pesce in zona e m'inbatto in questo ristorante,al telefono specifico che siamo in 4 di cui uno il mio fratellino disabile in sedia a rotelle... Chiedo se ci sono scalini o se è difficile arrivare da loro e mi dicono solamente che ci sono due scalini, quindi decido di prenotare. Arrivati ci accorgiamo che dobbiamo lasciare l'auto a 200 metri perché non si può arrivare in auto al ristorante...e già li ... La cosa più assurda che gli ultimi 30mt sono solo di Sabbia quindi per una persona in sedia a rotelle è un vero problema, con mio fratello decidiamo di posare la sedie e provare a fare quei 30mt piano piano facendolo appoggiare a me. Ovviamente nessuno del personale vedendo una donna in difficoltà con un disabile si è posto il problema di aiutarci, lo ha fatto un cliente che ha visto la scena.ci accomodiamo finalmente in tavoli e sedie da trattoria ma con prezzi da 2 stelle Michelin. Facciamo un unico ordine con della zuppa di cozze un trancio di tonno e due primi.arrivano le cozze arriva il tonno e aspetta aspetta niente nessuna ombra dei primi ...passa il cameriere che ci ha preso l'ordine e gli chiedo scusa i primi ? E lui signora non mi ha ordinato nessun primo..sorrido lo guardo " sta scherzando vero ?" Le ho anche detto che poteva portare tutto assieme e lei mi ha risposto " primi e anche le cozze?. Così va via dicendo che la colpa era della cameriera... vabbè a quel punto pazientiamo e dopo 20 minuti arriva un primo .... Uhmmmm è l'altro chiedo ? Si si arriva mi risponde sempre lo stesso cameriere...10..20...30 minuti e nulla il mio primo sparito.ok lo chiamo e dico guardi annullo il mio ordine,anche perché gli altri sono ormai al dolce.morale della favola dopo 2 minuti arriva il mio piatto....freddo pasta cruda insomma l'ho dato al mio cagnolino almeno ho fatto felice lui. Premetto piatti di carta idem tovaglie.... 50 euro a testa !!! Ho messo una stella perché non potevo mettere meno 10!!!...
