Pakira (ex Sagittario) — Restaurant in Maracalagonis

One waitress for the whole restaurant, who had a problem with three tables anyway. The young owner? security guard? sitting in the middle of the room in baggy trousers and a hood on his head, vigilantly watching the guests and the staff who got lost in their orders.. rather discouraged from eating in this place. The food was average, poor, terrible quality. The steak was inedible, thin (less than half a centimeter thick) which made it dry and tough. Interestingly, the local Italians were served good steaks at the same time and we had to return our order. I do not recommend it, because they serve cheap, poor quality substitutes, which can be prepared much better at home without being an expert in the kitchen. Suspected food poisoning. Undercooked and cold burgers, but only the burger I had was bad enough that I suspect food poisoning. I should have given up trying to eat something. Having asked for it to be cooked 4 times, the last attempt seemed mostly cooked. Sadly for me that was a mistake and I hope that this isn’t something that is common. Purtroppo non possiamo valutare il cibo dal momento che ad oltre un'ora dalla nostra ordinazione (oltretutto con una bambina di 2 anni e mezzo) non ci è stato servito nulla, a differenza del tavolo accanto al nostro che nonostante fosse arrivato dopo di noi è stato servito immediatamente. Valutando un'ora un tempo sufficiente per cuocere due hamburger e due porzioni di nuggets chiediamo informazioni alla cameriera la quale va a chiedere in cucina. Al che arriva un' altra ragazza che ci dice che la ragazza precedente si era sbagliata e ci avrebbe preso lei immediatamente l ordine. Peccato che il nostro ordine fosse già stato preso. Decidiamo quindi di pagare ovviamente le bevande ordinate e andare altrove. Da lì l apoteosi: invece di scusarsi ci dice che questi sono i tempi di attesa sulla costa (abito a torre da 40 anni e altrove la situazione è molto diversa) e altre giustificazioni senza prendersi mai la responsabilità di una ristorazione non all altezza, soprattutto nella gestione di un evidente loro errore.
