Abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere ospiti in questa trattoria durante una domenica pre-natalizia. Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria, una persona splendida che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, con un equilibrio perfetto tra calore umano e professionalità.

Il menù, pur non essendo vasto, è ben studiato: pochi piatti, ma curati nei minimi dettagli, dalla scelta di materie prime eccellenti all'impiattamento impeccabile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo ci è sembrato assolutamente onesto.

Consigliamo di prenotare, poiché la sala non dispone di molti posti. Questo, però, è un valore aggiunto: l'ambiente risulta più intimo, accogliente e caloroso.

Se torneremo in Valle d'Aosta, sicuramente faremo nuovamente visita a questa meravigliosa trattoria.
