Palazzo Monroy — Restaurant in Salemi

As a student at Salemi Ceramics, I ate at Palazzo Monroy four times over two weeks and it wasn't enough! I could have happily eaten there every night.

The swordfish busiata was magnificent. And the pizzas were delicious and huge - great value for the money. Also definitely have a Salemi spritz with your meal. Our group of students collectively agreed that Monroy does the best Salemi spritz in town.

Staff were always delightful - attentive, kind and charming during every single encounter. And the setting? The inner courtyard was an incredibly dreamy and romantic setting for our meals.
