Fermento pizza & fritti — Restaurant in Salerno

They say that the best pizza in the world is in Naples at Sorbillo's pizzeria. I liked the pizza here better, probably the best I will ever taste. I 100% recommend. It was delicious and super cheap and the staff was super friendly. So unfortunate we are only spending one night in Salerno because we would have ate there every night.

Un'ottima pizzeria. Da quando mi sono trasferito in zona, è uno dei miei punti di riferimento. Ho avuto modo di gustare la loro pizza il loco, anche se spesso la ordino da asporto. Pizza molto soffice e gustosa, dall'impasto abbastanza leggero. Materie prime, in generale, di buona qualità. La "antichi sapori" e la "mortazza" tra le mie scelte preferite. Anche la qualità del fritto non è da meno. Ho apprezzato soprattutto crocche' e arancini(di vari gusti, dal classico al ragù, al bianco con salame e provola).
